3D cell culture device with microfluidic technology CEP3D II
- CEP3D II, which is connecting two different sizes of well by microchannel, provide concentration gradient in the channel. It will reduce the use of medium, additives reagent and cells and be very useful for high-throughput drug screening. Also by adding scaffolding materials such as collagen and hydrogel, it is also possible to 3D culture human ES/iPS cell.
Mimicking in vivo environment chip, Organ-On-A-Chip
- Our Organ-on-a-Chip is a cell culture chip, which consists of three-layer glass. By attaching cell to microspores of membrane at the center of middle layer, it could culture cell with various flow condition. It is easy to set the chip and connect tubes and it is next-generation cell culture device, which could create in vivo mimicking environment using microfluidic flow. Dedicated Chip holder can be equipped with up to four Organ-on-a-chips., and by integrating with pump, it could create various flow condition for cell culture.
