Which part of DNA we analyze…
Like there are various characters among same creatures, there are so many different parts DNA sequence. One of these difference is called “SNP”.

DNA analysis service for swine is utilizing the feature of DNA. We analyze several dozen SNPs in DNA sequence and get specific SNPs data from each pigs.
Some SNPs linked to specific characteristic (e.g. meat quality, pace of growth etc.). These SNPs information helps us to select superior swine.

SNP No	SNP and swine’s characteristic
SNP05	If SNP05 is “A”, the meat quality must be better and the swine tend to grow faster.
SNP06	If SNP06 is “A”, the quality and color of meat must be better, and the meat tend to become marbling and less drip.

At any stages, piglet, growing-finishing pig, meat, and even processed meat, we can determine if it is same individual or not by SNPs(DNA) scientifically.
