How to use HEMAgene®•BUFFY COAT
Centrifuge collected blood sample.
Collect buffy coat.
Add appropriate quantities of HEMAgene to buffy coat(*1)
Vortex to lyse and stabilize the sample.
Store and transfer at room temperature.
