Finishing surface cleaning of precision machine parts (substitute to ultrasonic)
For finish cleaning after surface treatment of precision parts manufacturing, ultrasonic cleaning system (machine) is generally used.
However, ultrasonic is a kind of wet cleaning so that it is not adequate for fine structure and it has essential problem of effluent treatment.
- Cleaning of ceramics (bulk, splayed) removed powder, fine contamination such as sand blasted powder etc.
- Cleaning of deep and narrow part of subject which has small hole and slit structure.

Merit as a result
By changing cleaning mode of vacuum equipment parts from chemical, reduction of dummy runtime was achieved and it led to reduction of re-setup time of production line.
Our original dry ice blast cleaning system "SUPERBLAST" enables removal of remained particles on surface of fine ceramics and deep/narrow part (small hall, slit) of shower plate by applying unique method to blast crushed powder dry ice.
Also it reduces troublesome labor and cost for effluent treatment!
