What's "Chamlide"?

Chamlide offers culture chamber, incubator system for high magnification microscopy, and peripheral equipment necessary for the Live Cell Imaging (Time lapse Imaging, etc).

What's "Culture Chamber"? -- uses a magnet for quick setting

Prevents the breaking of the cover slip and the leaking of medium

The culture chamber is autoclavable and, as such, can be reused many times.
Also, it is extremely economical when compared to expensive and non-reusable commercial dishes and chambers.

It is perfect for customers, who want to keep the cultivating environment, while at the same time they can perform time lapse imaging and live cell imaging.

  • Corresponds with the non-perfusion Chamlide Chamber, commercial chamber slides, cover glass chambers, and 35 mm culture dishes.
  • Uses a flowmeter to sustain a mixed gas level (5%CO2/ 95%Air).
    Economizes C02 gas usage (to below 40 ml/min).
  • It sends fully humidified gas and reduces the vaporescence in culture media
  • Medium replacement and injection during the culturing process is simplified.
  • Applies built-in heater glass (patent pending) to the incubator cover to control temperature and prevent the formation of fog. Also employs low reflecting glass, allowing for a perfect transmission image to be obtained.

  • Uses a PID control system for precise control of the CO2 concentration
  • Produces CO2 /Air mixed gas from 100% CO2 gas cylinder and ambient air

  • Automatic O2 / CO2/ N2 Gas mixing and supply system
  • Uses a PID control system for precise control of the O2 and CO2 concentrations
  • Produces mixed gas from 100% CO2, 100% O2 and 100% N2 gas cylinders
  • Produces very low concentrations of O2 mixed gas (min. 0.2% - 20%)

Perfusion Type

This provides for a constantly updated culture medium which is heated and incubated with a heating plate and inline heater. Please select a perfusion cultivation chamber that best meets the needs of your research content.

Temperature control software is attached to the Culture Observation System

Also supported by Imaging analysis software MetaMorph (Molecular Devices)
You can control temperature and CO2 concentration on the software.
It's also possible to display temperature conditions on the image.
