Broadless blue sky, white houses, which reflect the sun: This is Andalucia! In its southwestern part is situated the Jabugo village.

More than 300 years ago, around 1700, the first Iberico ham manufacturing company was established in Jabugo village. Since then, kings and poets, crossing the country, haven't stopped praising this divine food.

Nowadays, many world gourmets know the ham, made in Jabugo village, as "Jamon de Jabugo", always pronouncing that name with respect.

There are people, who do not know the existence of Jabugo village and call the ham just "Iberico ham". Only the real gourmets cannot be fooled, as they know the place, where Iberico ham has been made for centuries and is now certified as the official Iberico ham source spot ? certainly, this is the Jabugo village.
