Large area mold and Roll to roll (RtR) mold
It is required for large scale mold in order to adapt conventional nanoimprinting technology to high volume production in productivity and efficiency since ordinary nanoimprinting mold is still small scale such as 20mmX20mm.
Moreover, it is cable for continuous imprinting production by applying roll from mold (cylindrical mold) and Roll to roll (RtR) imprinting method.
Special feature of Temion

The small-format machines work with dimensions up to 240mmdeameter, the large-format lines with dimensions up to 20X24 inches (500mmX600mm). With Ni/hard Ni/nickel base alloys, the required material and product properties can be adjusted.
